According to the RMLS, here is the most current market information for Clark County:
Clark County real estate activity increased in almost all measures in May 2012 compared both to May 2011 and the previous month. Only new listings dipped 7.9% when comparing May 2012 to May 2011.
Pending sales increased 5.1% comparing May this year and last (558 v. 531) and 9.6% from the previous month this year. The 473 closed sales were a 12.9% increase from 419 in May 2011 and an 18.3% increase compared to the 400 in April 2012.
At the May rate of sales, the active listings would be exhausted in 5.7 months. This is the lowest inventory in Clark County since June 2006 when it was 4.7.
